FAQ
Q. Can you provide other hubs than the ones mentioned?
A. Yes. We have a modular design allowing us to expand the type of hubs we provide, based on the needs of a local community, if there is a certain market for the particular object type.
Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Hubs are built to order with a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks.
Q. How do you ensure that people return objects to the hub?
A. Users are required to add a credit card and contact information in order to use the Hubbster service, regardless if it is free or paid by the user. Our patent pending technology in the hub and features in the app allows us to track which objects users have rented and if they have been returned properly.
Q. What is a good location for a hub?
A. Ideal locations for the first year are:
Publicly accessible locations in dense urban areas
With high pedestrian traffic
Open spaces with both sitting options and spaces to train/play
Existing facilities allowing games and training (ranging from PingPong tables to sports courts, gravel, ...)
Q. Can you also provide the facilities or do you just provide the hubs with objects?
A. We provide the hubs with objects, but have also teamed up with landscape designers/playscapes manufacturers, so we can contribute to providing full solutions.
Q. How do you deal with security? How do you ensure that people place the right objects back into the hub?
A. To be able to access the hubs, the user has to place a valid creditcard. If the objects are not returned the users credit card will be charged. The hubs has up to 5 different patent pending sensor technologies built-in depending on each hub type. The user will be instantly notified if the returned objects are wrong objects or broken.
