Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using hubbster.dk and the OURHUB app on mobile application operated by HUBBSTER Inc.
Your access to and use of HUBBSTER is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use HUBBSTER
By accessing or using HUBBSTER you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access HUBBSTER.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to HUBBSTER immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Use of the hubs and the objects
When using a hub, you will be held financially responsible for returning all hub objects in the given time period estimated by the app.
The objects must be returned in the same shape as when you obtained them. If there’s any damage on the objects when you first obtain them, then document this and send us a notification on support@hubbster.dk.
As a game owner you are responsible for the use of the whole hub and the game, also if others break or steal something.
You accept to these terms whenever you open a hub, as well as if you accept a transfer of a hub key.
The price of lost or damaged objects are defined by HUBBSTER and can change at any given time.
If you do not return or pay for lost / damaged objects, HUBBSTER will take legal steps against you.
You may not use any of the objects to hurt or threaten anyone.
The objects can only be used for their intended usage i.e. being played with as defined by the rules written in the app.
You can not access the hubs by any other methods, than using the features in the app.
You can not move the hub from it’s given location.
You may in no way try to intentionally damage neither the hub nor the objects inside it.
Using the invitation feature
You may not withdraw or refuse an invitation based upon racial or discriminating reason.
You agree to not using any hateful language in the HUBBSTER app, as well as you will withhold from using sexist, discriminating, or otherwise inappropriate language.
You may not use the invitation feature for other than it’s intended usage; inviting people over for a game.
Subscriptions
Some parts of HUBBSTER are billed on a subscription basis . You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
Users must be 13+ years old in order to sign up and get permission by a parent or caretaker to use the app until you are 18 years old.
You can not use a credit card that doesn’t belong to you, unless you have a permission from the card hold colder.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material.
You agree to not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
You will not use HUBBSTER to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the HUBBSTER app, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other HUBBSTER app functionality.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by HUBBSTER.
HUBBSTER has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that HUBBSTER shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
